Episode 1 – How does Floor Shopping even Happen

We begin our new show, Making Flooring Easy, at the very beginning – you’ve just looked at, let’s say, the old bedroom floor, and it’s only got a year or two left in it. Now what?

Listen here:

FLOOR SHOPPING – Ep. 01 – How does Floor Shopping even Happen

Two bedraggled people stand in a room with a pretty awful looking floor, one with his hand on his head, indicating confusion, and the other seemingly looking at the title of our show.

(Well, that’s a little dramatic)

How do you even shop for a floor?

What goes into the bottom line cost?

What’s bundled with a floor purchase (and does it have to be)?

How you you know what kind you should, or shouldn’t, get for your room?

Who gets the installers?

That’s what we discuss in this episode. The long and short of it? Don’t worry. This can be done, in your time, to your standards, and probably for a better price than you might think you have to pay.

Yes, we’re a flooring store, and we’ll talk about that sometimes, and it’s probably going to color some of what we say in ways we may not notice, but the real goal here is to make it easy for you to know what you need, what you want, and then help you be armed against needlessly overpaying for things.
